We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Pullman London St Pancras. As a key member of our kitchen staff you will assist in overseeing daily operations ensuring the highest standards of food quality and contributing to the overall success of our dining experience.
- Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all dishes
- Supervise and participate in food preparation cooking and plating
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to improve their skills and efficiency
- Assist in cost control measures including minimizing food waste and optimizing ingredient usage
- Contribute to menu planning and recipe development
Qualifications :
- At least 4 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting
- Proven experience in kitchen management and staff supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Salary:
34678 per annum (17.10 per hour) monthly service charge.
Eligibility: The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
