In the Global Marketing & Brand Communication division we can expect numerous exciting international projects in the future which we would like to provide optimal legal support for from the outset. We are therefore looking for a Legal Counsel Marketing (f/m/d) to join our team with immediate effect for a limited period of 2 years.

- Independent handling of legal issues with a focus on Global Marketing & Brand Communication.
- Contact person for the area of responsibility at the HUGO BOSS headquarters in Metzingen and for our international subsidiaries.
- Independent creation negotiation and updating of contracts templates and samples in order to efficiently solve recurring issues.
- Legal support for projects including taking responsibility for legal sub-project tasks.
- Development and implementation of training concepts for employees and managers.
- Above-average degree in law.
- Ideally 2 years of professional experience in a commercial enterprise or an international law firm.
- Business fluent in English.
- Sound knowledge of relevant areas of law e.g. general contract law competition law copyright law.
- Professional and social competence with a confident manner.
- Structured solution-oriented way of working and enjoy working in an international environment.
