Active collaboration in managing the daily operations of a luxury Spa & Wellness center
Supporting the Spa Manager in organizing and developing the team of therapists receptionists and other specialists
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and flawless customer service
Contributing to the creation of treatment menus product offerings and wellness experiences in line with the Fairmont brand
Overseeing the quality of services provided ensuring compliance with hygiene and operational standards
Analyzing performance preparing reports and actively contributing to achieving business goals
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred
A natural sense of guest care and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
Ability to lead and motivate a team organize operations and effectively handle day-to-day situations
Professional demeanor attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
Good command of the English language; knowledge of Czech or other languages is a welcome bonus
Experience with hotel or spa systems (e.g. Opera Book4Time etc.) is an advantage
Czech language is required
