Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $113500 - $258100 (Annual Rate).

OPHD is a significant campus compliance unit housed within the Office of Diversity and Outreach (ODO). OPHD is responsible for overseeing the campus efforts to meet its requirements around Title VI VII Title IX and ADA compliance and has exclusive jurisdiction over the Universitys policies prohibiting discrimination against or harassment of any person on the basis of their membership in a protected category including sexual violence and sexual harassment. OPHD is responsive to federal and state agencies including the Office of Civil Rights the Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP) as well as requests and audits from the UC Office of the President (UCOP). The OPHD is also responsible for assuring OFCCP compliance and the completion of the annual Affirmative Action report.
