As a Digital Product Analyst Senior you will:

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain detailed documentation of workflows decision logs and feature descriptions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends measure performance and support business cases.
• Develop advanced dashboards and reports to communicate key insights and platform metrics.
• Aggregate clean and organize data for analysis ensuring accuracy and usability.

Tactical Execution Support

• Groom and maintain the product backlog ensuring stories are prioritized and ready for development.
• Participate in sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to support smooth execution.
• Perform initial acceptance testing to verify completed work aligns with requirements.
• Triage and track reported issues or bugs ensuring proper documentation and prioritization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on dependencies timelines and resource needs for features or bug fixes.
• Lead and facilitate discussions to clarify requirements and resolve roadblocks.
• Prepare advanced level summaries presentations and reports to communicate product progress and performance to stakeholders.

User & Market Research

• Actively participate in competitive and market research to highlight market trends identify gaps or opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Organize and consolidate user feedback through surveys interviews or feedback sessions.

Platform & Process Support

• Configure and maintain tools or platforms under the teams purview ensuring proper settings and integrations.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvements for increased efficiency.
• Develop user guides or training materials to support feature rollouts and adoption.
• Provide advanced end-user support for training and troubleshooting post-deployment.

Education

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business or Related field. Required.

Experience

• 5-6 years business experience required with at least 2 years working in an Agile environment. Required.
• Experience with SAFe Agile Framework. Preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• SAFe certification. Preferred
