Summary:
A well-established aviation maintenance provider in Fort Lauderdale is looking to bring on an in-house MRO Sales Specialist to support their growing operation. This individual will play a key role in quoting and coordinating aircraft maintenance services for clients across a wide range of platforms-including King Air Gulfstream Challenger Falcon and more. This is a great opportunity for an experienced A&P Mechanic whos ready to transition into a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities:
* Gather information from internal teams (inspection service management and sales) to generate
accurate and timely maintenance proposals.
* Create quotes for aircraft maintenance and ensure all quotes align with internal processes and pricing guidelines.
* Manage and track all proposals through the CRM system from request through follow-up.
* Support quoting efforts by researching parts pricing labor estimates and vendor costs.
* Participate in outbound calling campaigns and customer follow-ups-this is a mostly phone-based sales role.
* Interface directly with customers to explain proposals and provide clarity around services and recommendations.
* Collaborate with the team on cold call initiatives and sales events as needed.
Requirements:
* A&P License required
* 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in aviation (Part 145 MRO or similar environment)
* Strong understanding of FAA regulations inspections and general MRO procedures
* Technically familiar with platforms like King Air Citation Learjet Gulfstream Hawker Challenger or Falcon
* Personable and professional communicator-comfortable interacting with customers via phone
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word); experience with quoting software and aviation CRMs is a plus
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)
* Must have a valid drivers license
