What You Will Achieve
You will play an important role in improving patients lives by ensuring we have an effective competency training program available for our manufacturing team. Your leadership will be instrumental in our execution ultimately ensuring our treatments reach patients faster.
What You Will Achieve
Create a competency training program.
Design and deliver appropriate technical competency training to manufacturing colleagues according to business needs.
Create and Conduct learning assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of transfer of knowledge and skills.
Collaborates with the PCT to identify training gaps and drive improvements as per the Continuous Improvement goals of the PCT.
Collaborate with site investigation and site training team in PHP related deviations and recommend appropriate learning solutions to aid in reducing human errors.
Keep up to date with technical skills and training tools.
Identify innovative methods to continuously improve training delivery and outcome.
Uphold Pfizers code of conduct and values.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 3 years ofexperience; OR a masters degree with more than 1 year of experience;OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high schooldiploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.
Relevant Cell Culture/Fermentation and/ or Purification experience in clinical or commercial manufacturing.
Understanding and experience in cGMP and GDP.
Strong organizational skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop impactful training material using a variety of techniques (short videos e-leaning modules etc.) Presentation skills
Ability to effectively collaborate and influence within a matrix organization.
Experience in resolving problems related to equipment methods software and procedures.
Proficiency in managing timelines work plans and deliverables.
Nice-to-Have
SME in Cell Culture/Fermentation and/ or Purification
Training experience
Proven track record of managing complex projects and achieving desired results
Experienced assessing performance gaps analyzing learning needs designing and developing solutions and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires the moving of heavy equipment and the ability to lift 40 pounds.
Moderate repetitive standing sitting bending and ladder climbing on a daily basis.
Able to take the necessary safety precautions when working with pressurized systems steam and corrosive chemicals. Grade C and D gowning

Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work beyond normal business hours to accommodate training (if needed).
