The Phoenix Post Acute in Texas City TX is currently seeking a Full Time COTA to join our in-house therapy team. We are a skilled nursing facility with long term care post-acute rehab and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome!
