We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team. You will help deliver outstanding assessments by contributing to the delivery of the SQE Assessments.
As the Operations Coordinator you will:
Help us to meticulously plan prepare and deliver our assessment days
Take a key role in the delivery of our assessments on site at one of our assessment delivery venues
Focus on the delivery of SQE2 orals
Support with SQE2 writtens and SQE1.
Support with ensuring laptops are set up correctly for assessments with the appropriate hardware software and correct data.
Support with assessment packing activities
Support the team in managing the casual worker communications when required
Contribute to the provision of an outstanding candidate experience
Build great relationships with our extensive casual worker (CW) team
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Customer Service Administrator who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

Youll be a superb organiser and confident in dealing with other people. Well also need you to have:
Experience in operations or business administration
Strong organisational and planning skills
Experience working ina fast paced environment
Confidence in communicating with others both in writing and verbally
Ability to work to a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail is essential
A proactive approach
The ability to work under pressure
A good working knowledge of excel (or Google Sheets)
Knowledge of working with the Google Suite is desirable but not essential
