We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands seeking an enthusiastic full-time Clinical Care Co-Ordinator.

Skills & Experience
- Leadership support and audit of the Clinical Care Department and to ensure optimum performance and Accreditation compliance.
- Provide on-the-spot training & education.
- Monitor Care Planning Assessment & Progress Reporting to ascertain that all records are up to date and are indicative of the residents individual needs.
- Actively participate and coordinate Continuous Improvement and Infection Control activities.
- Monitor and supervise staff work practices to ensure required care standards are achieved.
- Clinical indicator findings and trends.
- Ensure staff compliance with Policies & Practices.
- Able to work without direct supervision.
- Display initiative integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Hold a current Police Check
- AHPRA Registration with no restrictions.
- Minimum 5 years RN experience.
