Working as part of a multidisciplinary team this role will be responsible for design delivery of large master planned communities and subdivisions as we contribute to the growth of the ACT and surrounding region and embark on exciting projects in both private and public sectors.

The Opportunity
The role requires a predominant on-site presence (approximately 8090%) with primary responsibilities focused on monitoring contractor activities and ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements. This includes the coordination of inspections engagement with clients and statutory authorities and the provision of regular updates to the Superintendent.
