Who are we looking for

Were looking for a Graduate Business Development Coordinatorto support our Mid-continent business inHouston TX.This role will involve working with the Regional Market Leads Sales Team and Regional Business Group Leaders in executing strategies and initiatives in support of the Mid-Continent regional business and market plans.

Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Coordination with Department leaders and Key Client teams to support client accounts.
  • Identify and register for regional activities that will raise visibility regionally for GHD including: seminars conferences client events etc.
  • Perform research on procurement opportunities for our key public sector clients.
  • Regularly update our Regional Market Report and Top Pursuits.
  • Assist in supporting Key Client Relationship Managers with engagement and business development initiatives.
  • Perform research and development of strategic development programs and capture plans for target clients and client sector initiatives.
  • Support the market team in creating client presentations and qualifications around our services.

What you will bring to the team:

  • B.S. Degree in Business related field (Marketing Finance Communications etc).
  • Solid communication and organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Experience working effectively in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Power BI PowerPoint presentations and Excel.
