General Manager Club Pilates Latham NY
Salary: $60000 - $70000 per year
About Club Pilates
Club Pilates is the industry leader in boutique Pilates delivering low-impact full-body workouts that help members achieve their fitness goals. With more than 700 studios across the nation Club Pilates offers a supportive energetic environment where passion meets purpose.
Our Latham NY studio is set to open in late August or early September and we are looking for a driven and dynamic General Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of this exciting new location.
Role Overview
As the General Manager you will be the face and force behind the success of the studio. This is a high-impact role that requires leadership energy organization and a commitment to excellence. You will oversee all aspects of studio operations drive membership sales and lead a team of fitness professionals to ensure a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Membership Sales: Manage lead generation outreach and conversion. Achieve monthly sales goals through effective strategies and community engagement.
- Team Leadership: Hire train and manage instructors and front desk staff. Foster a high-performance culture rooted in professionalism and customer service.
- Studio Operations: Oversee daily operations scheduling inventory and facility maintenance to ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a five-star member experience from the first intro class to daily interactions. Handle member concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Intro Class Management: Be present for and actively involved in all Intro Classes to support new members and ensure consistent onboarding quality.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and wellness communities to grow brand awareness and membership.
Availability Requirements
- Open Availability Required: No schedule restrictions.
- Workweek: A minimum of 45 scheduled hours per week including weekdays and weekends.
- Studio Presence: GM must be present for all scheduled Intro Classes.

- Comfortable with performance metrics and able to drive results consistently.
Qualifications
- 2 years of management or sales leadership experience required.
- Experience in the fitness wellness or hospitality industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and fitness studio software preferred.
