The Role: Bring the Brand to Life Through Content
Were looking for a creative passionate and results-driven Videographer & Brand Content Creator to join our growing team. In this full-time in-house role youll be the visual storyteller behind REDSALTs mission producing impactful video content that educates inspires and connects with our fitness-focused community.
Youll collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to produce a wide variety of high-quality content that fuels engagement and drives growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize plan shoot and edit video content for social media website email and digital advertising.
- Produce engaging content that highlights product benefits fitness tips community stories and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to develop strategic content calendars and campaign assets.
- Oversee end-to-end production ensuring a consistent polished and on-brand look and feel.
- Track and stay ahead of content trends to keep REDSALT fresh and relevant.
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity and brand voice through all content.
- Collaborate with ambassadors athletes and customers to capture authentic real-world stories.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in videography digital content creation or a similar role.
- Proficiency with industry-standard video tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut Pro).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and how to tailor content for each.
- Strong storytelling instincts with an eye for visual detail and emotional impact.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for health fitness and wellness is strongly preferred.
