Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in guests upon arrival ensuring a smooth and welcoming process.
  • Handle all guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations cancellations and modifications utilizing our booking system effectively.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities services and local attractions.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate room availability and address guest needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information preferences and feedback to enhance future stays.

Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus.
    • Proven experience as a guest service agent or similar role in the hospitality industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
    • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
    • A friendly approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service.
