QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO including calendar management meeting coordination travel arrangements and preparation
of correspondence and reports.
Support Vice Presidents and senior leaders with scheduling meeting logistics and special projects as assigned.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to executive leadership.
Coordinate all Board of Directors activities including scheduling meetings preparing agendas assembling board packets taking minutes and maintaining
official records.
Ensure accurate and timely distribution of board communications and materials.
Prepare high-quality presentations reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and communications.
Monitor and prioritize incoming requests and ensure prompt and effective responses.
Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives including event coordination and administrative planning.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance the efficiency of the executive team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Maintenance of an acceptable CORI and fingerprinting
Valid Drivers license
Negative drug screen
Use of personal vehicle for work purposes
Commitment to the philosophy of community inclusion
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree required Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive administrative experience including 2 years supporting executive-level leadership.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence and documents.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
High degree of discretion integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Familiarity with nonprofit governance or prior experience working with a Board of Directors is strongly preferred.
