The Route Driverfor Dent Wizard is responsible for pick-up and delivery services of Automotive Wheels to existing Dent Wizard customers and expanding Dent Wizard wheel route customer base by soliciting new business.

- Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing safe and efficient transport of customer wheels from various locations to remanufacturing shop location
- Jack up different types of vehicles as needed.
- Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Operate Dent Wizard vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
- Actively seek out new customer opportunities to grow wheel routes.
- Drive locally or out of the area as needed following all traffic signals and rules of the road.
- Maintain a reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
- Notify the manager of any issues
- Additional Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License:Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina:Ability to lift and carry heavy rims and wheels.
- Ability to assist/move up to80 lbs.
- Regularly required to stand and walk.
- Time Management:Strong time management skills to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving:Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor vehicle issues on the spot.
- Safety Awareness:Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Flexibility:Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Able to drive in all elements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must have reliable transportation.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$22.00 - $25.00We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off medical dental vision and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
