Job Description

Support a growing finance team in a dynamic automotive business

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive distribution company in Kettering known for supplying premium oils lubricants and vehicle care products throughout the UK and Ireland. With award-winning growth and a commitment to operational excellence they are now seeking an organised and proactive Accounts Administrator to support their busy finance department.

Location: Kettering
Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience
Russian language skills desirable

About the Role:

This is a key support role within the accounts team ideal for someone with strong administrative abilities and attention to detail. Youll play a vital role in maintaining accurate records managing financial documentation and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out accurate data entry and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Manage invoices assist with bookkeeping and support basic financial processes
  • Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette
  • Liaise with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure easy retrieval of key records

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role preferred
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail particularly with data entry
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal
  • Proficient with office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Russian language skills would be advantageous
