What Youll Do
As Assistant Sales Manager youre not just selling a service youre inviting people into a lifestyle that helps them feel better in their bodies every single day. Youll support daily studio operations drive membership sales and help lead a team dedicated to client care and community impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the Member Experience
- Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism.
- Guide first-time visitors through intro sessions with energy and enthusiasm.
- Become a trusted resource on their wellness journey.
Drive Studio Sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly membership goals.
- Share the StretchLab mission and clearly communicate the benefits of assisted stretching.
- Convert trial visitors into committed long-term members.
Support the Studio Manager
- Assist with scheduling team performance tracking and motivating staff.
- Take ownership of operations stepping in wherever needed from front desk to admin to studio floor.
- Foster a welcoming inclusive and high-energy environment.

Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience (fitness wellness or retail preferred)
- Confident communicator with a passion for helping others
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic studio environment
- A team player who understands that collaboration fuels success
- Weekend and evening availability required
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
