Job Description
CASPA SERVICES LTD POSITION VACANCY EOI NDIS Cultural Care Coordinator
ABOUT THE ROLE
CASPA is seeking an experienced NDIS Cultural Care Coordinator to lead and manage our NDIS accommodation daily living and community support programs through a culturally inclusive lens.
In this dynamic role youll provide leadership to a team of Disability Support Workers and Child and Family Cultural Consultants ensuring services align with participant & Young Person goals and/or Plans. Youll oversee compliance drive service excellence and foster innovation in both housing and cultural mentoring supports.
Please note this is a First Nations Identified position.
