Description
Tri Delta Executive Office is growing and we are searching for individuals to fill roles within our Member Engagement Team! OBJECTIVE Increase financial excellence among collegiate chapters by supporting efforts to resolve issues and provide coaching to chapter officers and volunteers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee finance team inbox responding to emails and forwarding as necessary.
- Monitor and track collegiate chapter budget submissions.
- Review all collegiate chapter budgets for accuracy. Collaborate with the Collegiate Chapter Finance Manager on any issues.
- Assist chapters and volunteers with any questions with the accounting system or collegiate chapter budgets.
- Oversee accounting system registration process for any new members.
- Audit chapters accounting system accounts as needed.
- Act as primary point of contact for chapter finance support
- Lead admin support for Omega Fi
- Conduct training on Vault access and ability to operate
