Job Description

Fabrication Repair Specialist Full Time

What Youll Be Doing

We are looking for All Stars! If you are a dedicated individual interested in joining a growing company in the automotive parts industry we want you on our team!

As a Fabrication Repair Specialist you will perform the production duties below:

  • Review each product to determine the required repairs
  • Ensure you have the proper tools and materials required to repair the product to an insurance quality standard
  • For each repair you may be required to cut trim file bend or smooth parts to ensure proper standards are met
  • Ensure quality control standards are met
  • Adhering to assembly safety standards
  • Work with team members to identify and develop improved methods of repair
  • Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free warehouse environment with focus on injury prevention


Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
  • Repair fabrication work experience is a plus particularly with plastic and resin
  • Strong focus on quality deeply care about the product and your work
  • High degree of professional credibility including responsiveness team focus and interest and ability to perform work in a safe environment


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
  • Lift and move totes up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular bending lifting stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
  • Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.
