As a Medical Social Worker you will play a crucial role in establishing care plans in line with the physicians treatment strategy. Your expertise will be the cornerstone of personalized care ensuring that every patients unique needs and circumstances are carefully considered.
In times of crisis you will be the pillar of support for patients and their families providing much-needed intervention and understanding. Your compassion will make a world of difference in their healing journey.

Qualifications
- Masters degree from an accredited school approved by the Council on Social Work Education.
- Current certification through Kentucky Board of Social Work.
- One year of social work in a health care setting is preferred/home care experience will be a significant advantage.
- Must obtain and maintain CPR certification.
