Loras College invites applications for an adjunct faculty position beginning August 2025 to teach Healthcare Ethics in Fall 2025. This course is focused on applying ethical principles to healthcare issues and creating public policy. In addition to being appealing to students entering healthcare fields it also is offered as an option for fulfilling a General Education requirement. If hired the instructor is required to teach in-person on the Loras College campus. The course is currently scheduled T/TH 2:00-3:20 pm.
A minimum of a Masters degree with expertise in bioethics philosophical or theological ethics medicine or other related fields is required. A doctoral degree is preferred.
