Job Description

The Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership aims to increase postsecondary credentials and workforce success for Tarrant County students. Currently only 39% of adults have an associate degree or higher despite 65% of jobs requiring post-secondary education. T3 provides resources financial assistance and opportunities to students and families equipping them for successful careers. Through collaboration with various organizations we strive for inclusive pathways to education. Our goal is systemic change that positively impacts the entire Tarrant County community for generations to come.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sr. Manager of Postsecondary Pathways (PSP) Curriculum and Digital Integration plays a pivotal role in advancing T3s mission by leading school-based and community partnerships enhancing college attainment initiatives and overseeing strategic projects. This role emphasizes the development and delivery of the T3 P2C digital platform through training programs curriculum design and the integration of digital platforms to support postsecondary success. Serving as a liaison among high schools districts and higher education institutions the Manager ensures effective implementation of T3 programming at key campuses including FWISD Crowley ISD Arlington ISD and FWISD Specialty Schools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Platform Integration and Data Management (45%)
  • Design and facilitate trainings for college advisers working on high school campuses.
  • Collaborate with the T3 P2C team to integrate digital tools and platforms that enhance program delivery and data tracking.
  • Utilize case management systems such as Salesforce to monitor student progress retention and completion rates.
  • Track and analyze data through case management systems to design effective support strategies based on student needs
  • Develop and maintain visually compelling reports on progress against goals and indicators for partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to partner organizations in aligning their efforts and goals with T3s postsecondary strategy through effective use of digital platforms.
  • Design and implement strong project plans for the T3 Student Partnership Pledge Campaign leveraging digital tools for outreach and engagement.
  • Plan coordinate and attend programmatic events for students and parents incorporating digital resources and platforms to enhance participation and accessibility.
Curriculum Training and Special Projects (40%)
  • Design and adapt curriculum that is developmentally appropriate culturally responsive and aligned with academic standards.
  • Create engaging inclusive instructional materials that support student learning objectives across multiple grade levels and learning styles.
  • Oversee T3 summer training efforts in collaboration with TCU CAC and other essential partners
  • Ensure fidelity of the T3 P2C platform across all partner high schools
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within school districts high schools and partner organizations to ensure that students are on track to plan their postsecondary pathway and enroll with confidence.
  • Create quarterly reports by High School sharing the impact and success T3 P2C and T3 Pledges/Scholars have achieved.
  • Assist in Summer Launch FAFSA initiatives and PSP college attainment projects
  • Help equip audit and close out Go Centers
  • Oversee the Pledge Toolkit updates and implementation
  • Oversee the Go Center Resource Hub
  • Support the execution in collaboration with district and school staff of strategy that integrates all T3 programmatic elements at partner schools
  • Ensure the various members of campus-based postsecondary teams have clear goals roles benchmarks and meeting cadences to assess school progress on postsecondary metrics.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a postsecondary measurement system including interactive data dashboards that will track postsecondary enrollment outcomes and indicators and use the results to inform continuous improvement
Collective Impact and Organizational Collaboration (15%)
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with mid-level leaders and on the ground staff of partner organizations including school districts non-profits community organizations and others.
  • Collaborate with the T3 Analytics team to contribute data and insight to inspire and inform various T3 partner organization
  • Provide partners with visually compelling reports on progress against goals and indicators
  • Provide guidance and support to partner organizations in aligning their efforts and goals to the T3 postsecondary strategy
  • Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field advanced degree preferred.
Experience
  • 5 years of professional experience working within K-12 or higher education.
  • Experience in curriculum and content design training development and digital platform integration.
  • Experience and success working in an entrepreneurial startup and/or starting new programs or initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in an education-related field.
  • Experience working directly with under-resourced student and family populations.
  • Experience working directly with economically disadvantaged students and families
  • Experience using SalesForce or a similar case management platform for monitoring student retention persistence and completion.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to create digital content around high school achievements college access and academic success to be deployed in an in-person/school setting
  • Experience providing successful direct counseling or advising students in a high school setting and the ability to coach others to achieve similar results
  • Knowledge of academic transitions and milestones (e.g. elementary to middle school middle to high school and beyond) including key academic and social challenges at each stage. Ability to support students and families in navigating these transitions effectively.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the cognitive social and emotional development of children and adolescents with the ability to tailor communication and support strategies to meet the needs of students at different stagesfrom middle through high school and beyond.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective professional development for educators and staff with a focus on student developmental stages cross-grade instructional strategies and curriculum design. Skilled in facilitating adult learning modeling best practices and building staff capacity to support student growth through evidence-based approaches and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage projects with multiple deliverables and student-facing elements
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the fortitude to be personable yet persuasive with varying stakeholders
  • Skill to interact effectively in the community and at multiple levels within organizations especially organizations serving culturally and economically diverse communities
  • A self-starter initiator and results-oriented leader who enables success in a quantitative outcomes-oriented environment
  • A proven ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently on complex initiatives with drive and enthusiasm
  • A true curiosity and commitment to finding more effective ways to meet the needs of underserved students including a willingness and desire to engage fully in the challenges of this work and to communicate its challenges successes and conclusions
  • Belief in the power of education and equity to improve the odds for all students in service and in connection with the Tarrant To & Through Partnership mission
  • Flexibility to support related ongoing projects and a willingness to initiate new projects that push our work forward

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position will require frequent travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding suburbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment associated with this position may involve varying noise levels ranging from low to high and is subject to frequent interruptions. Employees may also encounter periodic distractions resulting from the activities and interactions of colleagues in the vicinity while performing the essential duties of the role.
