Position Highlights

• Join Delawares premier health system and provide care to a diverse multi-cultural population representing all ages

• 7 sessions per week of clinical care including private panel and the potential for resident precepting

• 3 sessions per week for educational population health care coordination interdisciplinary meetings and administrative work

• Smaller patient panel size to balance the increased intricacies involved in the care of a more complex patient panel

• Extended appointment duration times to support multi-disciplinary appointments

• Support with dedicated Behavioral Health PharmD Social Work and Care Management services

• Teach and evaluate Internal Medicine Med-Peds EM/IM residents and medical students in the health systems largest teaching practice

• Participate in resident didactics as part of the ambulatory academic half day

• Mentor resident quality improvement and clinical initiatives

• Participate in faculty development sessions

• Help improve outcomes of our highest health care utilizer patients
