About the role:


Enphase is looking for Analyst to do the Distribution Centre operations analysis on the incoming and outgoing shipments. In this vital role you will perform complex analysis which helps Enphase in reducing the TAT and deliver our products to the customers in the shortest time possible.

A challenging role where you need to Interact with many stake holders and work on Oracle to solve operational issues. You will be part of the Global Logistics team reporting to Logistics Manager.

What you will do

  • Support global DC operations through analytics reporting management of inbound receipts DC performance and scorecards.
  • Manage global distributions centers (DCs) to ensure orders are being processed in a timely manner and customer shipping windows are met.
  • Work closely with Distribution Centers (DCs) to resolve demand and shipment capability conflicts.
  • Track and monitor end to end Fulfillment process and execute critical activities related to transacting customer shipments.
  • Heavy use of Oracle functionality Available to Promise (ATP) process to ensure proper alignment of supply/demand in meeting customer promised scheduled ship dates.
  • Manage accounts routing guide and stay up to date on new requirements regarding product related issues and shipping rules. This will require consistent follow-up.
  • Work closely with finance to resolve any invoice-related issues and ensure the month/qtr. end processes are being followed.
  • Manage and execute Cycle Counts and year-end Physical inventory.
  • Provide direct input into the Supply Planner to ensure proper levels of supply are being met.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations in managing changes to open backlog scheduled ship dates credit holds and ensure bookings stay within DC capacity limits.
  • Work with sales account managers and customers to address order/shipment issues reschedules and urgent requests.
  • Act as the primary information source for the team maintaining compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed.
  • Proactive approach in identifying and leading process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
  • Build and deliver productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts determining productivity requirements and partnering with other DC Operations Managers to balance labor.
  • Evaluating performance objectives and metrics to determine inbound or outbound productivity requirements to achieve customer time accuracy and quality expectations.
  • Solving ERP related errors ensuring most up to date capabilities are maintained.
  • Heavy supply/demand analysis
  • Key contributor to the development of Oracle Quote to Cash (Q2C) process.
  • Setup test and implement various OM/Fulfillment processes.

Who you are and what you bring

  • 3 year experience in similar field
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience - preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn proactive highly motivated and flexible.
  • Good MS Office skills with proven MS Excel experience in data analytics.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills able to communicate at alllevel.
