FULL TIME PERMANENT ROLE - IMMEDIATE START
Are you looking for a permanent role working for a stable market leading manufacturer
Autosmart International is a successful and growing British manufacturer of vehicle cleaning products and the market leader in our field. We are developing our new manufacturing site to support our growth for years to come and have recently been named in the Top 5 Best Manufacturing Companies to work for in the UK.
We have an exciting opportunity for a practical hands-on and self-motivated Blending Operative to join our Chemical Blending Team on a full-time permanent basis.
Our Chemical Blending Operative will:
Blend chemical products to meet production schedules
Transfer and replenish raw materials
Assist with laboratory-based quality testing
Follow strict health & safety instructions for dealing with hazardous goods
The successful Chemical Blending Operative will have:
Experience working in a factory or production environment ideally with chemicals or multiple ingredients
A current counterbalance FLT licence
Excellent attention to detail
Competent numeracy skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident computer skills
Hands on style and well suited to a physical role
A flexible approach to support the team and happy to complete overtime or occasional shifts where necessary
What we can offer you:

Hours: Monday to Friday 07.30 am to 4.00pm (40 hours per week)
Location: Shenstone Staffordshire relocating to our new Burntwood factory spring 2026
Permanent contract of employment
