Our support engineers are involved in the entire project lifecycle: they interact directly with our business owners to understand issues and provide initial level debug towards resolving technical issues; they collaborate with the development engineering and test teams on problem resolution and they oversee delivery and provide ongoing support for their work.
The Hardware Support Engineer is a thought leader in the organization and will collaborate as required with internal and external teams to facilitate problem resolution and improve development practices. They may also provide mentoring and guidance to junior and senior engineers based on field experience.
The incumbent will excel in our fast-paced collaborative customer-first environment and will contribute in a variety of ways.
