The Senior Advisor Human Resources provides guidance and advice regarding the interpretation administration and implementation of human resource policies procedures and Collective Agreements in a unionized environment. The Senior Advisor actively promotes and supports the effective management of the UFV workforce by creating strategic business partnerships with client groups in a variety of academic and service areas.
This position works with specific client groups to deliver HR services in the area of recruitment and selection compensation and benefits labour and employee relations job evaluation and job design.
As a member of the excluded management team the Senior Advisor plays an important leadership role in the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
