The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Delivery Specialist. In this role you work closely with the Integrated Work Package (IWP) Lead and support Program Leads to ensure timely and accurate establishment of project documentation and execution and delivery of projects to completion. Drawing on strong foundations of project management principles this role will provide essential administration and governance support across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing designated administrative and coordination support and managing the day-to-day operations of IWP Projects and direct assistance to the IWP Leadwith support to contract documentation and delivery.
- Coordinate project schedules tasks meeting updates and efficient distribution of reports.
- Track progress of plans with project managers; report to key stakeholders on status and progress.
- Coordination and/or support of project meetings including the composition and distribution of agendas minutes and action items the organisation of resources and other ad hoc requirements
- Track finance performance and other requirements as needed of the IWP
- Draft responses to RFIsand other documentation / reporting requirements as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication and information for the IWP
- Organise review and coordinate project documentation within the data management systems
- Support preparation and management of project management and customer reports including review packs and weekly monthly and quarterly status reports.
- Administration for staff that includes but not limited to on-boarding and off-boarding travel acquittal timesheets
- Coordination of IWP meetings and functions
- General other duties as directed
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
- Defence Security Clearance - Baseline (or higher).
- Well-developed understanding of project management principles including scheduling tracking and status reporting.
- 2 years (minimum) relevant experience in a project coordination and administration role
- High level interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Proven ability to work in a high-pace environment and complete work on time and with accuracy coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and an aptitude to learn and apply alternate software packages; ability to analyse and disseminate data in reports.
