Job Description
The Production Manager is responsible for leading all operational activities at Clariants Quincy FL site ensuring safe efficient and high-quality production within the Adsorbents and Additives Business Unit. This role is critical to driving performance across production maintenance and engineering functions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement safety and compliance. The Production Manager will play a key leadership role in achieving operational excellence and delivering sustainable business results through people development lean manufacturing practices and cross-functional collaboration.
