St. Francis Nursing Home is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility attached to CHI St. Francis Health acute hospital and Primary Care and Walk-in Clinic providing quality nursing care to residents in and around Breckenridge MN. Responsibilities
As our Registered Nurse at CHI St. Francis Health youll excel in your nursing career by providing long-term care (LTC) services to the residents of our facility. This opportunity provides you with the chance to build on your education and experience in a skilled nursing setting while being part of an interdisciplinary team that administers individualized comprehensive care to residents.
Your success in this role comes from your enthusiasm to help others - with a patient-first mindset. Keen assessment skills critical thinking and a sense of urgency support your career advancement as you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will implement our residents individual Care Plans.
Responsibilities:
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
- Reviews and evaluates residents care and adjusts as needed.
- Administered conducts directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit.
- Direct supervision of LPNs TMAs and CNAs on scheduled shift.
- Completes all required assessments and documentation in a timely manner.
Sign On Bonus: $30000
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse degree from a recognized college or university.
- Active Minnesota license in good standing.
- BLS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcome.
- Strong leadership skills.
