DescriptionSanta Marina a Luxury Collection Resort Mykonos is searching for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team!
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for the proper receiving of all supplies for the hotel
- Conducts physical inventories in the end of each month
- Registers invoices in the storage software
- Places orders based on the needs of the hotel
- Assists the Purchasing Manager of the hotel in various tasks
- Checks constantly the stock of the warehouse in order to keep the safety stock
- Checks that all departments of the hotel are properly supplied every day based on their needs
Requirements - Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Accounting or Finance
- Relevant experience in a 5* hotel
- Good knowledge of storage software preferably Materials Control
- Attention to detail
- Well groomed
