- Provide Academic and Emotional Support to students with SEND including Autism ADHD and Dyslexia.

- Assist Teachers with lesson preparation adapting materials for students with Special Educational Needs.
- Work closely with the SENCO and External Specialists to implement Tailored Support Plans.
- Monitor Student Development and provide Feedback to Teachers and Parents.
SEND Teaching Assistant Person Specification
- A 1st Class Psychology Graduate from a Top UK University.
- A Genuine Passion for SEN and Inclusive Education.
- Previous experience working with Children or Young People is desirable.
- Strong communication patience and resilience.
