Were looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our friendly and passionate team at one of Australias leading aged care providers. This is more than just a design role its a chance to put your creative skills to work in a meaningful way helping communicate with and support older Australians and the people who care for them.
Youll be part of an exciting growing organisation with multiple brands under its umbrella reporting to the Group Marketing & Communications Manager and working closely with internal teams across a range of projects. From print to digital social media to signage youll play a key role in bringing our communications to life.
What youll be doing:
- Designing marketing materials across print and digital platforms including magazines advertising newsletters social media flyers posters and internal comms.
- Preparing publications and promotional content for both internal and external audiences.
- Art direction of marketing and brand photo shoots.
- Managing relationships with printers.
- Supporting website email and social media content creation with eye-catching visuals.
- Keeping our image and brand asset libraries organised and up to date.
- Capturing content when needed (event photography/video etc.).
What were looking for:
- A qualification in Graphic Design or similar.
- Hands-on design experience in a creative or marketing team.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills InDesign Photoshop Illustrator as well as Microsoft Office.
- Experience with both print and digital including CMS platforms (like WordPress).
- Someone with a keen eye for detail solid time management and great communication skills.
- Bonus points if youve got photography/videography or basic HTML skills.
