Position Overview:
Were growingand we need a results-driven Outbound Sales Manager to lead the charge from our Naperville IL headquarters. In this high-impact fully onsite role youll lead outbound efforts targeting multi-location healthcare providers identifying high-potential business opportunities and closing deals that deliver value for our clients and company alike.
Youll be part of a motivated collaborative sales team focused on driving growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships with healthcare decision-makers across the country.
Identify and prioritize multi-location healthcare providerssuch as clinics hospitals dental groups and long-term care networkswhere MedPros centralized compliance solutions can deliver cost savings and efficiency.
Use advanced prospecting tools and databases to gather and segment contact information by size industry geography and compliance needs.
Develop tailored outreach strategies for each target segment using cold calls personalized emails LinkedIn outreach and creative direct mail campaigns.
Drive outbound call activity daily and maintain a high level of client engagement to fill your pipeline and close qualified opportunities.
Attend relevant industry conferences and networking events as needed to generate leads and enhance MedPros brand presence.
Execute consistent follow-up cadences to nurture long-term relationships with key contacts and influencers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Sales Ops and Client Success to ensure seamless handoffs and strong conversion rates.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferredbut not required.
5 years of outbound B2B sales experience ideally in a fast-paced high-volume sales environment (healthcare SaaS or compliance services a plus).
Proven ability to close new business deals and consistently exceed quotas.
Comfortable engaging C-level executives and decision-makers with confidence.
Strong phone presence cold calling experience and a hunter mentality.
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales tools (ZoomInfo Outreach etc.).
Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
Competitive spiritexperience in athletics or team-based performance environments is a plus.
On-target earnings (OTE): $130000$145000 including base salary and uncapped commission
