Job Description
Perform Preventive Maintenance on production Quality and R&D equipment
Repair various equipment types and document all work performed on our EWR System
Perform equipment calibrations on electrical pneumatic and analytical equipment.
Enter all equipment events into our CMMS and complete all required equipment forms.
Equipment installations including start up and commissioning.
Maintain Spare Parts inventory and make necessary purchases
Work with outside service contractors and vendors for equipment service repair and contracted maintenance
Respond to environmental and equipment alarms as needed
Adhere to Abbvies Code of Business Conduct.
Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesQualifications
HS diploma with 0 yrs. experience or Relevant Certificate. Completion or current enrollment in a formal technical school program related to Industrial Maintenance desired.
Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and ability to apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.
Must have the ability to follow applicable Maintenance procedures and troubleshoot electrical pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
Salary: $20.3 - $36.5
