Job Description
Infosys is seeking Business Analyst with Financial Services Domain. As a Consultant you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Location for this position is Tampa FL. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Subject matter expert in custody market and securities data and processes.
- Financial business domain knowledge (Cash Securities Holding Positions Trades Transactions)
- Atleast 6 years of finance industry experience.
- 4 to 6 years of financial business domain knowledge (Cash Securities Holding Positions Trades Transactions)
- 8 Experience in the software development lifecycle including Agile project work JIRA and Confluence
- At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting documenting and mapping current business process
- Support and manage high priority regulatory and consent order projects across their lifecycle by identifying and structuring problems analyzing requirements k project scope and planning communicating project deliverables and working cross CSD team to implement the regulatory mandate within the timeline.
- Define project scope and objectives gather analyze validate and manage project requirements.
- Perform SQL query to review and investigate data from the database
- Lead Agile ceremonies backlog grooming and product prioritization meetings.
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Experience with Scrum and Product management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
