Job Description

Are you a natural problem solver with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for improving systems and processes The Northern Land Council (NLC) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Project Officer to join our dedicated team in Darwin.

About the Role

In this role youll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders across the organisation to analyse business needs support change initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of practical people-centred solutions. Youll help drive meaningful improvements in the way we workcapturing requirements supporting testing and training coordinating resources and keeping projects on track on time and on budget.

What You Will Bring:

You will bring a proactive and solution-focused approach with the ability to think analytically and communicate effectively across diverse teams. Your strong organisational skills attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will support the successful delivery of projects. With a keen interest in improving business systems and processes youll contribute fresh ideas embrace collaboration and adapt easily to changeensuring outcomes are practical user-friendly and aligned with the NLCs strategic priorities.

In addition to this you will have: -

  • An advanced diploma of Business Information Technology or a relevant equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience working in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in process and workflow documentation and analysis in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • A current NT drivers licence.

We offer:

  • A base salary of $81716 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15900 meal entertainment and holiday accommodation benefits up to $2650 per year.
  • Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include:
    • District allowance of up to $4797 per annum for individuals with dependents and $2630 without dependents.
    • 5 weeks annual leave leaving loading 18 days personal leave;
    • Paid Christmas close down;
    • Upon completion of 12 months of service anAnnual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $2961
