Your Role
As a Mobile General Skilled Technician youll maintain and enhance commercial properties ensuring they operate seamlessly. From troubleshooting to preventive maintenance youll deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional service working independently from a state-of-the-art service vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and small projects (carpentry painting minor plumbing).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances walls windows doors and more.
- Conduct inspections and maintenance to prevent costly disruptions.
- Assist with minor HVAC and plumbing tasks alongside specialized technicians.
- Engage with clients to confirm needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety standards and building regulations.
What Were Looking For
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with power tools ladders and equipment.
- Ability to provide accurate repair estimates and read blueprints or diagrams.
- Strong commitment to safety and best practices.
- Comfort with mobile technology (cellphones tablets) for work orders.
- Excellent customer service with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Budget management experience.
Experience:
- Demonstrated facility maintenance skills in light electrical work carpentry plumbing mechanical repairs and commercial HVAC across various commercial and institutional settings.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Trade school training in building-related fields preferred.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
