What Youll Do:
Provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision to ensure safety and comfort.
Assist patients with daily activities such as mobility grooming eating and hygiene.
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions including vital signs and behavioral shifts.
Maintain a clean and organized patient environment including stocking supplies and ensuring equipment is in proper condition.
Uphold patient privacy and adhere to all confidentiality regulations including HIPAA guidelines.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients families and healthcare teams.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
