Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our dedicated facilities team at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. In this critical role you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance repair and operational efficiency of hospital equipment and infrastructure. This includes conducting routine inspections troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems and coordinating with external contractors for specialized services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant environment for patients and staff. You will also mentor junior technicians ensuring best practices and regulatory standards are consistently met.
