Medical Surgical Oncology CHI Health St. Elizabeth is a 42 bed Med/Surg unit. We care for diverse populations and diagnoses including Orthopedic Trauma Spine and Neuro surgery Surgical and Medical Oncology pulmonary renal GI and cardiac care.
We have a rapidly growing oncology program and are committed to provide highly skilled care using the ONS curriculum and standards of practice. In addition we provide post-surgical care with a focus on pain management early mobilization and patient and family centered education promoting excellent outcomes. Our care model emphasizes multidisciplinary teams for our patients including Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy Dietary Nutrition Palliative Care and innovative nursing models to include LPN C.N.A and RN teams.
Compensation: Base rate shift differential
Incentives: up to $25000 sign on bonus up to $10000 education assistance (must have graduated within 5 years)
Tuition Reimbursement - $5525 for full time and $2750 for part time
