College of Science and Engineering / School of GeoSciences

Part-time: 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE)

Fixed-term: from 14th July 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter for 12 months with a possibility of extension

The Opportunity:

The Coordinator and Communications Lead plays a pivotal role within the leadership and delivery team of theEdinburgh Ocean Leaders Programme. They use their knowledge and skills in ocean issues coordination and communications to work with a diverse range of international stakeholders. This includes helping design plan and deliver elements of a vibrant online and in person suite of activities and events and enhancing the reputation and impact of the programme through effective communications programme evaluation and partnership building.

This post is part-time (28 hours per week). We are open to considering flexible working patterns and to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

The salary for this post at 0.8FTE is in the range 32397 to 38519per annum (equivalent to 40497-48149 at 1.0FTE).
