At Manning Base Hospital youll join an incredible team of Allied Health professionalsincluding experienced Managers Senior Clinicians and early career practitionerswho are dedicated to supporting one another and delivering exceptional care every day.
In this role youll be backed by a strong network of leadership and peer support. This includes the Director of Allied Health and Integrated Care Allied Health Managers from across the region and a collaborative network of Speech Pathologists who are always willing to share knowledge and guidance.

About you:
- Positive motivated and passionate about patient outcomes.
- Have an interest in evidence-based innovative Speech Pathology practice.

- Able to develop great relationships with team members working well with staff within and outside the Speech team.
- Has a strong work ethic and is keen to continue to develop their leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Be rewarded with up to$10000in the first 12 months PLUS up to$10000each year thereafter in fortnightly payments under theRural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.*
