Job Description

We are seeking a MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel/contract assignment in Beverly MA 01915.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Rotating
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
  • Weekly Pay Rate: Local-$2520 Travel-$2736

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MRI exams using GE and Philips MRI systems.
  • Position patients correctly and ensure appropriate coil placement.
  • Screen patients for safety and contraindications to MRI procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and complete all documentation in a timely manner.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond promptly to patient needs.
  • Practice radiation safety and adhere to infection control policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of MRI equipment and exam rooms.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize imaging outcomes.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Education:

  • Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field (required).

Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience; must have knowledge of GE and Philips MRI systems.

Certifications & Licensure:

  • ARRT(MR): Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (required).
  • BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) from AHA or equivalent (required).
