Job Description

Position: .NET Developer

Rate: $65/hr (C2C)

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid must reside within 75 miles of Austin or be willing to relocate)

Visa Requirements: USC GC EAD GC H4-EAD TN

Client: TXMAP

Duration: 12 Months

Public Sector Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience with state government clients required

Job Description / Minimum Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to lead the migration of the TXMAP codebase from the deprecated Xamarin platform to the .NET Multi-platform App UI (MAUI) framework. This transition is critical to ensure continued functionality of TXMAPs iOS and Android mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end migration of the TXMAP mobile application from Xamarin to .NET MAUI.

Ensure seamless functionality of the mobile apps post-migration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

Years Required/Preferred Experience

8 Required .NET platform development experience

8 Required Microsoft Visual Studio expertise

1 Required Mobile development experience on Android and iOS

5 Preferred Experience with Atlassian tools particularly JIRA

2 Preferred Migration experience from Xamarin to .NET MAUI

2 Preferred Experience with Texas state government applications
