Job Description
Tasks
- Develop and implement AI strategies and solutions focusing on AI agents Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance the companys product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and provide technical expertise in designing building and optimizing AI systems.
- Conduct thorough research and stay updated on the latest advancements in the AI field to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology development.
- Advise and guide the engineering team on best practices for integrating AI technologies into existing frameworks and workflows ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on AI projects and their impact effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing AI models including AI agents retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python R or Java with a focus on AI and machine learning frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
