Empathy and kindness. Effective verbal and nonverbal communication. Managing agendas and reservations. Multitasking. Document organization. Conflict management. Quick decision-making. Punctuality. Impeccable personal appearance. Discretion and confidentiality.**Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist in a similar hotel category. Advanced English and German are essential.
